LATE POLICY We offer a 10 minute grace period for each appointment. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required. This policy ensures we provide you with the best quality of work and respect the time of all our clients. REFUND POLICY All sales are final.
