LATE POLICY We offer a 10 minute grace period for each appointment. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required. This policy ensures we provide you with the best quality of work and respect the time of all our clients. REFUND POLICY All sales are final. We understand the value of your time and ours, which is why we cannot offer refunds for services already rendered. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or the results, please contact us immediately and stop by the studio within 3 days of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, the full cost of the service will be charged.
